Data we collect
Account data: email address and name when you register or sign in with Google.
Preferences: saved favourite programmes, newsletter subscription, and optional location settings for nearby programmes.
Technical data: cookies necessary for authentication and site operation; optional analytics only with your consent.
What we do not collect
We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or treatment history.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Account and favourites: contract / legitimate interest in providing the service.
Newsletter: your explicit consent (double opt-in).
Location preferences: your consent, stored only to show relevant programmes.
Machine translations: processing of public programme text, not personal data.
Hosting & data location
Bionezis is hosted on servers in the European Union (Germany). Personal data from accounts, favourites, and newsletters is stored and processed within the EU.
We do not use US-based infrastructure for core platform data storage by default.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your account page or by emailing contact@bionezis.com.
You can withdraw newsletter consent via the unsubscribe link in every email.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Newsletter data is removed upon unsubscribe.
